The judging committee is composed of 17 seasoned radio and television broadcasting practitioners led by Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) President and Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) Chairman Ruperto Nicdao Jr., who serves as the chairman of the board of judges.

How the Judging Worked?
All nominations will undergo a thorough sifting by the screening committee, ensuring that the nominations are valid and of good quality.
After the pre-screening, valid nominations and the nominees will be asked to submit documents and other media materials to support their nominations.
Afterward, supporting documents and other relevant materials will be carefully and stringently assessed to create a shortlist, which will be endorsed to a panel for judging for the second and final screening.
About Radyo Natin Excellence Awards
Inspired by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP) Golden Dove Awards, the Radyo Natin Excellence Awards will be held for the first time this December 2023. It aims to recognize the exceptional achievements of over 100 Radyo Natin stations in the Philippines. Moreover, honor Radyo Natin personalities and local programs that made a significant impact on their communities by providing them awards.
