Teen arrested for taping fish to ATMs in Utah

A 17-year-old boy in Provo, Utah was recently arrested after allegedly taping fish to several ATMs in the said city and he even documented his fishy deed on Instagram.
According to the Provo Police Department, there are around 13 instances where the unnamed teenage boy taped a trout to an ATM and different objects such as a police car.
Also, the Provo Police Department said that the suspect has an Instagram account named "fish_bandit84" that has more than 52,000 followers and posted various photos and videos of his fish tapings.
The "fish_bandit84" account bio states, "Live, laugh, tape fish on ATMS."
Authorities said that the culprit has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of causing property damage and since he is still a minor he was referred to Juvenile Justice and Youth Services. (KBAPI)
