'Adobo' thieves in Nueva Vizcaya nabbed

Local police arrested on Friday, April 12, the suspects who stole a viand from a cafeteria in Bagabag town at Nueva Vizcaya.
The four unnamed men, including three minors, admitted to Bagabag Police that they committed the crime under the influence of alcohol.
The culprits were immediately released after the owner withdrew the theft case and agreed to a P1,500 settlement.
In a CCTV footage that went viral online, the suspects arrived in the cafeteria in pairs while riding their motorcycles.
A man, who wears a black t-shirt, ran toward the viand display area, grabbed the pot of adobo, and escaped from the scene with his companion wearing a jersey shirt.
However, the authorities caught them in a follow-up operation, with the stolen pot also recovered.
