'Egay' continues to threaten Cagayan-Isabela areas

Tropical depression "Egay" has maintained its course and continues to threaten the Cagayan-Isabela areas.
As of 4 a.m., "Egay" has been estimated to be 170 km East-Southeast of Casiguran, Aurora with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center moving northwestward at 17 kph.
Public storm warning signal number one have been raised in Polillo Island, Aurora, Quezon Province,
Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela, Cagayan, Calayan, Babuyan group of Islands, Ifugao, Mt. Province, Kalinga, Abra, Apayao, and Ilocos Norte.
Public storm warning signals elsewhere are now lowered.
Tropical depression "Egay" is still expected to enhance the southwest moonson and will bring rains over the western section of Central and Southern Luzon, and Visayas.
