Student with low grade left by mother on a highway

A woman from Italy reportedly left her 16-year-old daughter on a major highway in Rome due to her poor grades in Latin.
The police on patrol found the young girl walking along the busy ring road around Rome and took her to the station.
According to Italian newspapers, the girl received a grade of nine out of ten in other classes but did not pass Latin, receiving a grade of five out of ten.
The girl said that she and her mother had an argument and was suddenly told to get out of the car.
The police reported the 40-year-old mother for possible child abuse and referred the matter to Juvenile court. (Aldwin Diroy)
