Gatchalian: Fair education act should be made a priority

"No student left behind."

Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian aspires that the implementation of Republic Act No. 11650, or the Inclusive Education Act be made a priority.

While the law has been passed in 2022, Gatchalian noted that, more attention needs to be done with regard to the implementation of the said law.

The senator added that because of this, he is pushing that implementation of RA 11650 be given priority so that students with disabilities may be given fair educational prospects.

He also added that with same the law, students with disabilities may be more comfortable inside the the schools where they are enrolled. This way, no student would be left behind in reaching for their dreams.
