House impeaches VP Duterte

More than 200 members of the House of Representatives signed an impeachment complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte Wednesday.
This came after three impeachment complaints were filed against Duterte at the Lower House.
Of the 306 members of the House, 215 backed the resolution.

Duterte is impeached on the grounds of betrayal of public trust, culpable violation of the Constitution, bribery, graft and corruption, and other crimes.
The House is also expected to endorse the resolution to the Senate.
