The local government unit (LGU) of San Roque, Northern Samar successfully staged its first skimboarding competition from March 10-12.
Aimed at promoting skimboarding and the beautiful beaches of Northern Samar, the Municipal Tourism Office and Lagataw Skimboarding Club conducted the event.
This was also in preparation for the upcoming 63rd founding anniversary of the municipality.
