Fuel prices will go down by as much as two pesos per liter starting Tuesday, March 21, local oil companies announced in separate advisories.
According to them, they will slash 1.20 pesos per liter of gasoline, 1.85 pesos per liter of diesel, and 2 pesos per liter of kerosene.
On March 21, the following companies will implement the price cuts:
Cleanfuel (12:01 am)
Gasoline (P1.20/L)
Diesel (P1.85/L)
Petro Gazz (6 am)
Gasoline (P1.20/L)
Diesel (P1.85/L)
Seaoil (6 am)
Gasoline (P1.20/L)
Diesel (P1.85/L)
Kerosene (P2/L)
Shell (6 am)
Gasoline (P1.20/L)
Diesel (P1.85/L)
Kerosene (P2/L)
Since last week, diesel and kerosene prices have declined by 0.1 pesos per liter and 0.60 pesos per liter, respectively.
Meanwhile, gasoline prices hiked by one peso per liter.
The Department of Energy (DOE) explained that the adjustments occurred due to the year-to-year date net decrease of one peso per liter in the price of diesel and 0.60 peso per liter for kerosene.
