BTS' dance-pop hit "Butter" has once again taken the top of Billboard Hot 100.
"Butter" spent seven consecutive weeks ranking first at the Billboard Hot 100, just after it was dethroned by the band's latest single "Permission to Dance" which topped the chart for eight weeks.
With the band's song "Butter" entering its eighth week on the top, it will now match the reign of American singer Olivia Rodrigo's "Drivers License" as the longest-charting No. 1 hit of 2021.
Meanwhile, Rodrigo's "Good 4 U" follows at No. 2 on the Hot 100, nine weeks after it premiered at number. 1. Currently, the song keeps at No. 2 on Streaming Songs, after seven weeks on top.
Other songs on the Billboard's hot 100 include "Levitating" by Dua Lipa ft DaBaby at No. 3, "Stay" by Kid LAROI and Justin Bieber, "Kiss Me More" by Doja Cat ft SZA, and "Bad Habits" by Ed Sheeran.
